NDC Advisory

NDC Advisory was established with an eye on the evolving need for flexibility in the industry given the decline in traditional workflow, the growth of the freelancing market generally and a desire for more agile working arrangements for insolvency professionals.

We also set out to help firms easily access technical expertise and quality training, a constant need in the heavily regulated insolvency space.

Our founder, Nicole Di Crescenzo, is our core consultant, but we work with our consultants to deliver services as appropriate.

Nicole has nearly 2 decades of experience in the insolvency and restructuring industry.

Nicole spent the first 10 years of her career working on large corporate insolvencies and advising businesses in financial distress.

Since then, Nicole has expanded her skills into working with industry bodies and insolvency and restructuring firms on best practice, including precedents, training and quality reviews.

Her passion for solving problems and commitment to delivering exceptional services ensures she is always focused on delivering the best possible outcomes for her clients.
